Rashi Halva or Halva Ardeh is one of the traditional sweets or souvenirs of Bushehr province. Cooking of Sangak Halva is common in many parts of the Bushehr province. Peski halva is one of the most unique Halvas in Iran, and Borazjan city, in the Bushehr province is the original center of cooking this halva. Angosht Pich Halva is one of those traditional and delicious sweets that has been usually cooked in religious ceremonies since ancient times.

Rashi Halva is a type of local halva whose main ingredients are date juice and sesame sap and it is very tonic. To prepare Rashi Halva, date juice is poured into a spherical container with a concave bottom and is heated with a low flame until it is completely white, then an amount of Ardeh (Tahini) is added to it until this tonic and delicious halva is ready.
To make the Sangak Halva, the squeezed date juice, which is turned to white with heat, is poured into a tray-like container and roasted sesame seeds are sprinkled on it before cooling. After cooling, the halva hardens and is ready for eating.
To cook Paski Halva, the fully ripe dates are fried with flour in oil and then some yogurt is mixed with Halva to prepare. Other names for this delicacy are Khormi or Khormayi (Date palm) Halva. You can take this nutritious and very delicious Halva with you as a souvenir. Remember that it is very easy to make this Halva, but buying it from a date palm center is definitely something else.
Angosht Pich Halva is one of those traditional and delicious sweets that has been usually cooked in religious ceremonies since ancient times. It's very difficult to make this Halva. Water, sugar,rose water, oil and flour are the ingredients of this halva.
