Mazafati dates are soft dates and are in high demand both domestically and internationally. The color of these dates is generally dark purple and black and has a very good fruit, nectar and taste.

Kaloteh Dates

These dates are cultivated in an area called Jiroft in Kerman. The unripe fruit of this date is red in color and is very similar in shape to the Mazafati date. These dates are always cultivated in the cities of Jiroft and Anbarabad. In these two areas, in addition to the dates of Kaloteh, Mazafati and Moradangi can be found to have good quality and are important commercial varieties. Kaloteh is a mid-range type that will enter the market in September.

Rabbi dates are one of the hot and dry dates in Iran, especially in Sistan and Baluchestan province and Kerman. One of the types of dates is Rabbi dates, which can be called semi-dry dates. Due to the characteristics of this type of dates, it can be stored at room temperature. It has a color palette in black that is dark and shiny.
